St 6000® ELS FDA

Home » Products & Solutions » Overview engineering plastics

St 6000® ELS FDA is an ultra-high molecular weight low-pressure polyethylene (PE-UHMW) with a molecular weight of approximately 9.2 million g/mol. St 6000® ELS FDA (electrically conductive stabilized) has a surface resistance of 10⁵ which is achieved by a high proportion of flame black. This closes the gap between antistatic (AST) and an ATEX application (Atmosphere explosive).
