After more than 40 years with Wefapress®, Jürgen Langmesser is taking his well-deserved retirement at the beginning of December. The successor is already ready in Niklas Rensing, who has been part of the Wefapress® team for several years.
A successful career takes its beginning
A tip from a brother-in-law started Jürgen Langmesser’s successful career at Wefapress® more than 40 years ago, and it was a real stroke of luck for our company. He initially started his career in costing and, after a few years, also took the opportunity via internal succession to jump into sales of individual plastic solutions, THE core competence of Wefapress®.
The secrets of success
His recipe for over 40 years of successful work: enjoyment of contact with people, competent and quick response to inquiries and his typical, very personal and obliging manner in dealing with customers and business partners as well as management and colleagues. This has resulted in wonderful success stories and close contacts both internally and externally over the years.
The challenge of succession
No easy task for his future successor Niklas Rensing, one would think. But there is no room for concern here – Jürgen Langmesser himself has made a strong case for his young colleague with the managing directors Gerrit and Lutz Beck and prepared his “farewell tour” together with him.
A hopeful new generation springs into action
After his in-house training as an industrial clerk, Niklas Rensing is one of the promising young professionals at Wefapress®. As a floater, he became intensively acquainted with the many areas of the company and also worked his way into the special requirements of sales in our family-owned company with a long tradition under the guidance of Jürgen Langmesser at an early stage. Our customers can look forward to an ambitious sales representative who will approach them, offer them support when problems arise, and win them over with his friendly, open manner. We support him 100 percent in this.
A thank you and a new beginning
Our great thanks, combined with our best wishes for his personal future, go to our very esteemed colleague Jürgen Langmesser, who is now passing on the baton he once received himself to a colleague.
